Exeter Gateway Centre is a friendly place where learning disabled people can come together and enjoy a range of social and recreational activities.
Swift Fundraising Limited was appointed to raise funds for the refurbishment and expansion of the Centre.
"The centre Swift helped us achieve is now wonderful and loved by everyone who goes there. It has given us a lovely, fresh and well-equipped environment in which we can flourish.  There is no way that this project could have been successfully completed without Swift's persistence and professionalism and we are all so grateful."

While we don't as yet know the results of the fundraising, they have been very perceptive in the process of preparing requests for support. CREDITON METHODIST CHURCH is located in the centre of Crediton. Deeply embedded in its Christian vision, mission and belief is a determination to nurture, encourage and support one another by reaching out to the community, and by providing help for those who are most vulnerable and in need.

"Swift Fundraising Limited worked with us from the inception of our refurbishment programme and gave us invaluable help on the approach we should take to capital fundraising.  They also had the expertise to disseminate the criteria of various funders, which made our choices for targeting funders much more efficient. Their funding plan was invaluable throughout the procedure and by the time we finished our fundraising, Swift had approached enough funders to ensure that we could go ahead with our refurbishment project in the knowledge that funding was available to cover our current target. Work has now started and we anticipate a grand opening of the newly refurbished Church in late summer."

"I cannot recommend Swift's mentoring help highly enough. I've been fortunate enough to have had one-to-one mentoring with Julie for the past year, and in that year my confidence, ability and knowledge of fundraising has grown. Her kind-hearted and understanding nature gave me the space to explore and develop my ideas and thoughts.  I would encourage anyone thinking of exploring mentoring to go with Swift Fundraising."

YOUTH MUSIC is a national charity investing in music-making projects that help children and young people aged 0-25 to develop personally and socially as well as musically.

" The thing that sticks in my mind about Julie and Brenda is that they have years of experience in fundraising and raising money and they really make it happen. It's this experience that they pass on to their clients. They have that lovely combination of thinking about it, planning it and then actually doing it - an ideal mix. All too often the consultant comes and creates the plan, then waves goodbye and leaves you to it. What you get from Swift is the plan and the proactive steps to make it happen. That's what makes Swift Fundraising stand out from the crowd and I highly recommend them."
